- 2 tablespoons cannabutter
- ⅛ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup sugar
- ⅙ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ¾ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ⅓ cup flour
- ½ cup whole milk
- Chocolate for decorating
How to make cannabis-infused cake doughnuts:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cannabutter, vegetable oil, sugars, and egg. Stir and combine well.
- Add baking powder and baking soda. Mix. Then add flour and milk, little bits at a time, alternating and mixing between each.
- Spoon batter into a greased doughnut pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow your doughnuts to fully cool, then begin decorating. Cool and enjoy!
