Why Make Edibles from Leftovers?
We’ve all been there – that bunch of bananas on the counter that ripened a little too quickly. What You’ll Need:
- 1 overripe banana
- Pancake mix (enough for two servings)
- 1 tablespoon of jam (optional, for extra flavor)
- Decarbed kief (adjust amount based on desired dosage) - You could also use activated flower, concentrate or finely ground stems!
How to Make Your Banana Pancake Edibles:
- Mash the Banana: Start by mashing the overripe banana in a mixing bowl until it’s smooth.

Mix the Batter:
Add the pancake mix to the mashed banana and stir until fully combined. If you want a touch of extra sweetness, add a dollop of jam at this stage. -
Add the Kief:
Sprinkle in your decarbed kief, adjusting the amount based on your desired potency. Here we used 0.5 grams of kief which is about 200mg of THC. Mix well to ensure it’s evenly distributed. -
Cook the Pancakes:
Pour the batter into baking cups, and place them on the Double Lifter. Place them inside the FX. -
Start the FX

Remove Your Edibles:
When the light turns green, your edibles are ready! Take them out of the FX -
