Shanel Lindsay learned the hard way that infusing medical marijuana into edibles and ointments was difficult and time-consuming. The smell permeated the house to the point where neighbors could smell it, and there was no way to know if she had done it right.
But a coffee thermos-looking device she created has helped streamline the process, and her company, Ardent LLC, is predicting to double its revenue this year, from over $1.2 million in 2017 to $2.5 million in 2018.
